Any full-priced item purchased through frontroomfabrics.co.nz is eligible for exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Online orders can be returned for an exchange at our Front Room Fabrics store, however please contact us prior to coming in so we can make sure we have your desired item available.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and original packaging attached.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or credit, this includes limited time sales and any custom made items.

Front Room Fabrics is not liable for the loss or delay of return packages and recommends using a traceable delivery service for returning orders. Please email us prior to returning the item, and give us all the tracking details.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item is deemed as faulty. Small misprints are part of our hand printed design and are not deemed as faulty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 days of the original purchase date for a store credit. All items must be returned in the original condition, unwashed and unused, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Shipping and handling is non refundable, a tracking number must be provided for all returns and they are the customers responsibility until the reach Front Room Fabrics.

If you have received a damaged or defective garment, you may return the item for a full refund including the original shipping costs. However if you have Altered the item, the warranty on your product is voided.

  • Please ensure you return the item within 14 days of receipt for any change of mind exchange/return.
  • Please ensure the goods are unused in original condition/packaging, tags attached and accompanied with a receipt for any change of mind/return.
  • Front Room Fabrics will not be held accountable for any packages we do not ship ourselves; the customer must pay for shipping costs.

The exchange will be processed as soon as possible; This can take up to 5 working days and we will inform you once your return has has been processed.

A flat rate fee of $5.00 will be deducted for any change of mind refunds, alternatively we are happy to provide an online voucher for the total amount.

All international exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge for us to ship the item back to you. You will need to pay before we can process the exchange. For Australia this is $25 and international orders are $65. For all New Zealand orders, the additional shipping fee is waived.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on frontroomfabrics.co.nz store, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. However, you can not have made any personal alterations to the item or have washed it. 

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item. The process we follow is in that order.

 Small misprints are not deemed as a faulty item, we are a small hand printing company. The misprints are part of the charm. When returning faulty items, please send all your tracking details and communicate when you have sent the item back.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or credit, this includes items purchased under a discount code or during promotional periods. 

 

LOST PARCELS

 In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Front Room Fabrics will replace or refund the item once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked to have arrived at its correct final destination, Front Room Fabrics is not liable for the order.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision for any items purchased in-store. However, we may exchange or issue a store credit for the good within 7 days from the purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided upon return and goods must be in their original condition. SALE ITEMS: All 'sale' items are final, and we are unable to refund, credit or exchange.
